AGB's Newcomer PvP cluster rates are designed towards players who wish to join our main PvP cluster but were late to the season launch. These servers have the same rules as our main PvP cluster, but the rates slightly boosted and some settings are changed to ensure you get a jumpstart.
We will launch a fresh Newcomer season every other Saturday that will last 12 days. On the 2nd Sunday after launch, we will open the main PvP cluster for you to begin transferring before closing the Newcomer servers on the 2nd Thursday.
Cluster will launch on Saturday at 2pm CST
The second Sunday (8 days from the launch) the cluster will open up at 2pm Central for all players to transfer.
Players have from 2pm on Sunday until 2pm on Thursday to transfer to the main cluster.
The cluster will then shut down and wipe to prepare for the upcoming Saturday launch. Anyone or anything not transferred off to the main cluster will be lost.
During the transfer days:
On the Newcomer cluster servers:
XP rate will be 1x.
Taming is disabled.
Server mode changed to PvE to prevent ganking by enemy tribes.
ONLY on the Main PvP cluster servers:
You may request NPP protection - this is a forced override of NPP limits on the Main PvP cluster servers, available ONLY for the duration of the transfer days.
If you take these NPP protections for the transfer days, you will NOT be able to disable it early as you can with normal NPP.
You will NOT be able to raid, nor be raided with these NPP protections enabled for your tribe. Players & dinos are still vulnerable.
IF you have elected to take the NPP protection, you may additionally request to have your OGS ORP pillar activated into "raid protection" mode, which will force the OGS into active mode whether you are online or offline.
If you move the OGS ORP pillar after Admins activate "raid protection", you will lose "raid protection" & Admins will NOT re-enable it.
World PvP will still be possible & you should anticipate that people will be trying to gank you & your items in transit.
Connections from Steam Family Shared accounts are rejected by default. You must post in Discord if you wish to be allowed to play on our servers if you are using a Family Share.
